1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SafiBiz. By accessing or using our mobile application, web platform, and related sanitation management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete business and personal details (including BRELA, TIN, VRN, and contact numbers).
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Safeguard your authentication tokens, credentials, and password against unauthorized access.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your tenant account or profile.

3. Platform Services & Data Synchronization

SafiBiz provides operational management tools for sanitation providers, including customer billing, zone mapping, debt tracking, and mobile money payment integration (such as Pamojapay). You acknowledge that local data stored on your device synchronizes with our cloud servers, and you are responsible for maintaining a stable network connection when performing critical updates.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the SafiBiz platform. Prohibited actions include:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local or national regulations in Tanzania.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other tenant databases, accounts, or backend infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious code, corrupted scripts, or attempting to compromise platform security.
• Falsifying financial transaction logs, customer receipt histories, or collection records.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, user interface designs, source code, graphics, and logos associated with SafiBiz are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application strictly for your authorized business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

SafiBiz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% system uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service outages, local database sync failures, or third-party payment gateway delays.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
